QUALIFICATIONS:

โœ… MUST have strong communication and relationship-building skills
โœ… MUST be confident in representing The Stellar Enterprise and communicating with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
โœ… MUST be capable of setting meetings, endorsing qualified leads, conducting follow-ups, and coordinating opportunities
โœ… MUST be organized, results-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate reports and trackers
โœ… MUST be comfortable working in a remote, flexible, and output-driven environment
โœ… MUST be available for occasional field meetings when needed
โœ… Preferred: experience in partnerships, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition
โœ… Preferred: have an existing professional network or industry connections

RESPONSIBILITIES:

๐Ÿ‘† Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential local and international clients, project opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
๐Ÿ‘† Outreach and Networking: Conduct prospecting and outreach through email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and research.
๐Ÿ‘† Relationship Building: Build professional relationships and initiate conversations with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
๐Ÿ‘† Service Endorsement: Present and professionally endorse The Stellar Enterpriseโ€™s services to qualified prospects and potential partners.
๐Ÿ‘† Meeting Coordination: Arrange discovery calls and meetings between prospects and management when needed.
๐Ÿ‘† Lead Tracking and Follow-Ups: Maintain organized records of leads, follow-ups, and partnership opportunities using trackers and monitoring tools.
๐Ÿ‘† Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with management on outreach priorities, partnership initiatives, and business development strategies.
๐Ÿ‘† Market Research and Insights: Conduct research on target industries, market trends, and potential business opportunities to support growth strategies.
