The Stellar Team Brings Magic, Blood & Moonlight to Life in Our Annual Halloween Party

The Stellar Enterprise celebrated Halloween in style on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the Elijah Hotel and Residences in Salawag, Dasmariñas City, Cavite. This year’s theme, Magic, Blood & Moonlight, invited team members and their families to step into a world of enchantment, mystery, and daring costumes.

Guests arrived early to register and pose for photos at The Stellar Enterprise backdrop, setting the scene for a night of transformation. The celebration then opened with remarks from Founder & Executive Director Vanessa Doguiles, who made a dramatic entrance as the Evil Queen Witch from Snow White.

Here’s a look at the moments that made the night unforgettable:

Runway of Shadows and Spells: Costume Fashion Highlights

The main event opened with the Costume Fashion Runway hosted by Vanessa. The stage lit up with an incredible mix of mythical and supernatural characters. From witches and vampires to goddesses and dark mages, every participant brought a unique story to life.

The competition was fierce, but three participants emerged as this year’s standout winners:

Zekinah Espina, our Projects Specialist, was the Grand Winner for the second year in a row! She enchanted the team with her striking portrayal of Nyx, the Greek goddess of the night. Dressed in black and silver, she captured the mystique of night itself, captivating both the judges and the crowd. 

First runner-up was claimed by Annie Romualdo, our Technical Projects Specialist, who arrived with a stunning and haunting portrayal of La Muerte from The Book of Life. Her costume and makeup shimmered with intricate details that mirrored the beauty of the ruler of the Land of the Remembered.

Lastly, Maria Elena Romualdo, our Executive Liaison & Data Entry Specialist, bagged the 2nd runner-up title with her take on Lilith from True Blood. She commanded the stage with steady confidence, capturing the presence and power of the immortal vampire queen in a performance both memorable and captivating.

Special awards were also given to participants who embodied unique qualities throughout the night:

• The Night’s Alpha (the most confident): Manuel Manalad, Teams Relations & Administrative Officer, showcased his unique take on Medusa — portraying the male version “Mandusa” with boldness and humor. 

  
  

• The Moonlight Charmer (the crowd favorite): Our Lead Accounts Specialist, JC Yu, captured hearts as Harry Potter, radiating charisma and magnetic energy that drew the crowd’s attention throughout the night.

  
  

• The Spell-Cracker (the funniest): Glenn Cabinbin, our Business Development Specialist, delighted the crowd as a Werewolf. He brought humor, energy, and playful mischief to the celebration.

  
  

• The Silent Caster (the lowkey but captivating): Klarisse Paglinawan, Integrated Marketing & Design Specialist, mesmerized the audience with her subtle yet commanding portrayal of Yennefer from The Witcher.

Games Under the Moonlight

No Halloween party is complete without a bit of fun and competition! The evening came alive with a series of themed games that kept everyone laughing and cheering.

BeWITCHED and Freeze, hosted by Klarisse, had the crowd dancing to Halloween beats and scrambling to stay still when the music stopped. After several suspenseful rounds, our Junior Graphic Designer, Marko Pascual, took home the win with perfect freezes and sharp moves.

Next came a test of breath, control, and creativity — Hallow HOWLings, led by JC and Glenn. Players had to sustain saying “Happy Halloween” in one long breath while following the conductor’s wand to adjust their pitch and volume. The room echoed with fits of laughter, but it was Elena who held out the longest, earning the title of the night’s howler.

In The MOONLIGHT Fate, Andrea introduced a game of luck and daring. Participants passed two mysterious items around — a question and a dare — until the music stopped, forcing the holders to face a challenge. Each round brought surprises, amusement, and clever escapes, but once again, Zekinah showed her fearless side and emerged the winner.

The energy peaked in the final game, “Hex, Shoulders, Knees, and BOO!”. Participants had to follow the host’s rapid commands and raced to grab a balloon at every “BOO.” In the thrilling final round, three players went head-to-head, but Manuel claimed victory with his lightning-fast reflexes and a perfect balloon pop, which sent the crowd cheering.

Each challenge brought the team closer together, blending hilarity, teamwork, and friendly rivalry into one unforgettable night.

Halloween Delights: Dining and Treats

After having a blast playing games, everyone gathered for a shared dinner that brought comfort and connection to the night. The atmosphere softened, teammates relaxed together, and the room was filled with the warmth of camaraderie and enjoyment.

As the evening drew to a close, Vanessa thanked everyone for their imagination and spirit, highlighting how the night reflected the team’s unity and enthusiasm. Before leaving, participants received skull-shaped baskets filled with chocolates, candies, and even cash envelopes. It was a sweet reminder of a night spent in good company under the glow of Magic, Blood & Moonlight.
