Andrea Mirasol is the Projects & Accounts Coordinator at The Stellar Enterprise. She specializes in overseeing client assignments and ensuring that everyone in the team delivers high-quality outputs. Beyond her role's conventional scope, Andrea assists in co-establishing crucial processes and assisting in workflow optimization. She also mentors new team members and plays a critical role in the company’s decision-making process.

Andrea's standout quality lies in her genuine passion for learning, unwavering dedication to the company, and commitment to showcasing her continually evolving skills. Much like a sponge eagerly absorbing new knowledge, she embraced every opportunity to acquire fresh insights. Over time, her expanding abilities and expertise became evident as she effortlessly integrated each one into her work.

Before joining The Stellar Enterprise, Andrea worked with our Founder and Executive Director, Vanessa Guiles, for 4 years. When she first came under Vanessa’s mentorship in 2013, her professional background was in manufacturing quality control — an unconventional choice for the role of virtual assistant or research. However, her dedication and hard work as a young mother stood out to Vanessa, eventually leading her to a position of leadership within The Stellar Enterprise.

Andrea is very introverted and prioritizes her family and work above all else. She finds joy in the simplicity of small gatherings with the team and quality time with her husband and children.
