Beth Prila is the Team & Operations Manager at The Stellar Enterprise. She oversees and optimizes the team’s efficiency within the company. Her focus areas are team leadership, logistics, human resources, customer service, quality assurance, and data analysis.

Beth (or “Mellow” — as her family, friends, and coworkers affectionately call her) is an instrumental part of The Stellar Enterprise, coordinating with all teams and departments to ensure smooth operations. Her work in the company has allowed her to explore capabilities previously untapped. With The Stellar Enterprise’s support in her path to self-discovery and personal growth, she has evolved into an indispensable asset to the company.

Before joining The Stellar Enterprise, Beth was a telemarketer recruiter. Her experience in recruitment equipped her with valuable skills in identifying and bringing in talent. The challenges of balancing work and being a mother of four have inspired her to seek a workplace that values both aspects, making The Stellar Enterprise an ideal fit for her.

Dancing is Beth’s first love, passion, and one of the greatest sources of happiness. She also enjoys watching volleyball, taking care of her plants, and exploring new places with her husband and children.
